In this episode, Chris and Sarah dissect their learnings and ‘aha’ moments from Chris’ exercise-packed conversation in Episode 28 with Howard Berg, Guinness World Record holder as the world’s fastest reader!

As a kid growing up in the projects in Brooklyn NY, at a time when gangs and gang violence was everywhere, Howard found that one of the safest places to be was the library — I guess learning wasn’t a priority for gang members!

Surrounded by books Howard chose well and was reading the Theory of Relativity at eight years old, college level texts at age 11 and went off to college at 17 where he ignited his fascination about the brain and it’s capacity to learn. Enrolling in a double major in biology and psychology, Howard has a deep understanding of how the brain functions and how you can dramatically increase your capacity to consume, retain and comprehend vast amounts of information.

His joy of learning perhaps is only surpassed by his joy of teaching. Howard has inspired and trained 100s of 1000s of people around the world, young and old alike through his company – Berg Learning and it’s accelerated learning programs and products. We’re about to be entertained and educated in a masterclass of learning.
